  - PDF is disabled and absent from the default build and release package.
  - Replaced and removed the unsafe legacy Bookr/MuPDF source. The new bounded
    MuPDF 1.28 backend passes functional, hostile-input, real-PDF and JPX QA.
  - The PDF-enabled build remains local QA until Reader uses an AGPLv3-compliant
    source/package path or an Artifex commercial MuPDF license.

  - This binary linked the legacy Bookr/MuPDF parser later found to contain
    reachable memory-safety defects. It is retained only as release history.
  - Added native PDF rendering on PSP through the bundled MuPDF/Bookr path.
  - PDF fit-width mode now renders the visible viewport instead of scaling a
    tiny full-page bitmap.
  - Added analog-stick vertical scroll for PDF pages.
  - Added 480x512 PDF tile rendering so scrolling inside the current tile is
    instant and only edge crossings trigger a new render.
  - Added quiet next-page PDF pre-rendering while the current page is being read.
  - Added worker priority, crash breadcrumbs and mode-aware bitmap publication;
    these changes did not make the legacy parser safe.
